Hi Adam. Thanks for letting us know that your item has not yet been delivered. Normally the lead time for express orders from PER to MEL is only 2 business days, so it is clear that something has gone wrong.
I checked the tracking and while it has arrived in your state, it has bounced between multiple facilities with the last update on the 11th of March. I will raise a query with Australia Post and ask them to track down your shipment for you. I will follow up by email directly once the case has been created.

I installed the Mount for Trek Madone Gen 8 that I recently obtained. It's solid, but unfortunately, you can not turn the Varia in both directions when installing (when looking at the the mount, only turning from right to left).

Thanks for your review. Our Varia, Magene and Fly6 mounts all have this design feature. We have intentionally limited the quarter turn to one direction of rotation, which ensures that the light is perfectly aligned on every install. It also provides improved security than a standard mount.
