EU Withdrawal Form

In addition to our 30 day return policy, EU customers are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal (also known as the 'cooling-off period'). EU customers may request a cancellation to their order up to 14 days after delivery.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by completing the following form. We will then communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt and return procedure.
