International Shipping
We have negotiated the lowest possible international shipping rates with Australia Post, and have passed on the savings to you. Standard shipping rates by country as follows:
USA - $2.99 USD
Canada - $3.99 CAD
UK - £2.99 GBP
Europe - €4.99 EUR
New Zealand - $5 AUD
Asia Pacific - $5 AUD
Rest of World - $15 AUD

Import Duties and Sales Tax
Please note the following regarding import duties and sales taxes:
USA - 10% baseline tariffs are included in our product prices. Our service partner will pay these tariffs to the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on our behalf prior to shipments arriving into the USA. Local sales taxes may apply.
Canada - duties/tariffs do not apply for our products when imported directly into Canada. Orders may incur sales tax of between 5 and 15% depending on the province or territory, which will need to be paid on arrival.
European Union - for orders up to 150 EUR, sales tax is included in the product price and import duties are waived. Orders over 150 EUR are without sales tax, which will need to be paid together with import duties on arrival into the EU.
UK - sales tax of 20% is included in the product price. Import duties apply to orders over 135 GBP and must be paid to Royal Mail on arrival into the UK.
Other countries - please refer to your local customs office for information on duties payable.
Concentric Cycling is not liable for local duties, taxes or losses that may arise from a customer refusing to pay the relevant duties on a purchase.
