This seat post mounting bracket for my taillight/radar unit is way, way better than the one supplied with the light. It is stronger and looks cooler. The first one I received was a bit tight. Concentric Cycling was aware of this issue, reached out to me, and graciously replaced my unit with a new one that fits great. Kudos to CC! A great company, with a great product, and service to match.

Bought a Varia mount for my madone, gen 8. Great fit great on the bike. Was tight, but thought that was normal. Received an email that a ”batch” may have been too tight. They replaced it. Now perfect. Great customer service.

Cannot recommend this amazing company highly enough, unfortunately my mount didn’t fit but Taylor whose customer service and after sales care attitude is quite simply the best I have ever known from any supplier. I was bowled over with admiration towards this service and was happy enough to accept a win some lose some attitude where fine margins can mean success or failure along with a working garmin rubber band mount being my only option. However, this is where Concentric Cycling shine and boy do they shine, a new mount was printed and dispatched priority mail and I can’t wait now to get this great looking mount on my bike to complete an already special looking bikes final build. The mount for Bontrager Flare RT looks and works great on the Factor. Studier than expected. It’s so much better than the ugly rubber mount that came with the light which didn’t fit on the Factor very well.
